What Is an Allergy or a Sensitivity or an Intolerance?
Allergies and sensitivities are the body’s reactions to substances that are usually harmless. While “allergy” is commonly used to describe both, there’s a key difference:
Intolerance: Often also used interchangeably with allergy or sensitivity, but an intolerance is really from a lack of an enzyme or a genetic mutation. Like a lactose intolerance is due to a lack of lactase, the enzyme to digest lactose.
Many people live with undiagnosed sensitivities, which can impact various parts of the body and disrupt daily life.
Addressing the Root Cause of Most Sensitivities
The AllerFree Allergy Symptom Relief Technique offers a unique approach to managing allergy and sensitivity symptoms by focusing on the body’s organ systems instead of the immune system alone.
Unlike traditional methods that target the immune response, this technique treats the specific organ systems involved in your body’s reaction to harmless substances.
Here’s how it works:
This approach gives your body the tools to handle substances more appropriately, often resulting in lasting relief from allergy and sensitivity symptoms.
Lasting Relief of Allergy Symptoms
A Modern Approach with Timeless Wisdom
The AllerFree Allergy Symptom Relief Technique combines cutting-edge technology with ancient body wisdom to provide lasting relief from allergy symptoms.
This precision-based therapy works by “resetting” your body’s response to allergens, allowing your organ systems to react more calmly when exposed to triggers in the future.
The result? Greater wellness and comfort, free from disruptive symptoms.
This approach has been refined over the last 20 years and has been clinically tested and trusted for effective, lasting results.
Experience mild to moderate allergy symptoms affecting respiratory, digestive, skin, or other systems.
Have perhaps failed at other approaches at allergy symptom relief...
Are looking for a non-invasive, drug-free solution to manage their sensitivities.
Suffer from seasonal allergies, food sensitivities (non-life-threatening), or environmental triggers.
Want to improve their overall well-being by addressing underlying sensitivities.
All ages can be treated with this non-invasive approach!
Have severe allergies that require the use of an EpiPen or other emergency interventions. (Or at least those particular allergies cannot be treated with this approach.)
Suffer from conditions like lactose intolerance that require the body to produce specific enzymes (e.g. lactase) to digest certain foods.
Need immediate medical intervention for their allergy symptoms.
Are looking for a solution to treat or eliminate symptoms or conditions from a genetic issue or specific enzyme deficiency.
Step 1: Comprehensive Assessment
We begin with a thorough assessment to identify your specific allergies and sensitivities, whether they affect your breathing, digestion, skin, or other areas.
AllerFree uses a cutting-edge computer program to test your body against potential offenders using digital signals using an arm cuff similar to a blood pressure cuff. Your practitioner uses reflex testing to determine if the signals produced a stress or threat response or not to your body. Those signals that produce a reflex response indicating a stress to your body are noted.
Step 2: Trial Treatment
During the treatment, a digital signal of an offending substance is introduced to the skin’s surface through the arm cuff. The practitioner then gently stimulates points along the spine that correspond with different organ levels and are where the body holds your "fight/flight" response.
Since the point stimulation and the digital substance exposure occur simultaneously, the body then can form a new, non-threatening association with the item. Essentially, by resetting the "stress" response to the item, the body no longer perceives the substance as harmful, allowing for a reduced stress reaction and for a more appropriate (neutral) response.
Step 3: Personalized Plan
Based on your assessment, we create a tailored treatment plan that addresses your unique symptoms across multiple systems.
Step 4: Relief
Our technique works to reduce your allergy symptoms, helping you achieve lasting wellness and comfort. Symptoms are often noticeably changing after the first session, with long-term results after just a few treatments!
Most cases need between 5-15 visits with at least 24 hours between visits. Individual results and treatment recommendations may vary depending on the overall health of the patient and number of symptoms to be addressed.

Frequently Asked Questions
No. We do not diagnose allergies, sensitivities, or intolerances with AllerFree Allergy Symptom Relief Technique. We simply assess what may be causing stress to the body and reset the stress response.
Many common health complaints can have a root in an overactive, inappropriate response to a stimulus. Some of the more common symptoms can include, but are not limited to:
Respiratory: Symptoms include sneezing, congestion, runny nose, wheezing, shortness of breath, coughs, postnasal drip, skin conditions, rashes, and itchy, watery eyes. Reactions may be associated with pollens, dust, food, chemicals, animals (including dog and cat dander and bird feathers), airborne substances, and contactants.
Digestive: Symptoms include reflux, heartburn, abdominal and intestinal pain, cramping, gas, bloating, nausea, diarrhea, and vomiting. These symptoms are primarily caused by reactions to food or other ingestants.
Skin: Symptoms may include red, itchy, or scaly skin rashes, blisters with oozing and crusting, dry leathery patches, eczema, or hives. The main cause of dermatological reactions can be a reaction to food, but they can also be caused by plants, contactants, and chemicals.
Head: Headaches and migraines may be caused by reactions to food, such as chocolate and caffeine, airborne irritants like pollens, and chemicals including household cleaners, perfumes, and vehicle fumes.
Fatigue: Many reactions result in lethargy and feelings of fatigue. Tiredness can also occur at certain times of the day, such as in the afternoon after eating.
Multiple systems: Symptoms may affect multiple systems in the body, resulting in headaches, irritability, hyperactivity, mood swings, fatigue, tachycardia, pain, or inflammation. This can contribute to conditions such as asthma, Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD), and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). (Please note that not all cases of those named conditions involve allergies or sensitivities.)
Or maybe you can't quite pinpoint a specific symptom, but you just feel "off" and no one seems to be able to find out why.
Often, we find that can be related to reactions to:
· Chemicals - household cleaners, perfumes, building materials, washing detergent, pesticides
· Occupational sensitivities - such as latex or building materials such as paints, glues, carpets, woods or varnishes
· Animals
· Temperature or environment changes - such as heat, cold, and humidity/dampness, barometric pressure changes
AllerFree does not cure allergies, nor does it treat the immune system. This is a highly effective treatment for the long-term relief of symptoms associated with allergies or sensitivities.
AllerFree does not treat cases of anaphylaxis or life-threatening symptoms. Strict avoidance is always advised in those cases.
While AllerFree is highly effective at relieving many symptoms associated with allergies or sensitivities, some cases do not respond for various reasons. We cannot guarantee specific results, but we can guarantee that we will do our best to be up front with our clinical judgement in your case. Most consultations include a trial treatment to help us assess your body's response to the treatment.
